Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic combined with the typical increase in holiday season volume has created a significant strain on many of our carriers' operations. UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL and even the USPS are all experiencing delays due to additional necessary safety precautions at their facilities and the understandable increase in online shopping during this time.
Please note that the initial estimated delivery date that customers receive may not take into account the following potential delays:
  1. Failure of the carrier to accommodate all packages ready for our daily pickups
  2. Failure of the carrier to offload trailers when delivered to their local hubs
  3. Failure of the carrier to scan the package in promptly upon pickup
  4. Temporary closure of carrier service terminals due to sanitization requirements
Again, we take extraordinary efforts to ensure quick fulfillment of all orders, but some things are out of our control. We are constantly evaluating innovative solutions to decrease our lead times.
