How do I view my point balance?
Log into your account on our website and visit the Rewards page to view your points balance.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Inactivity means not earning or redeeming points through a purchase within that time frame. After 24 months without activity, your points will expire.
Customers who go more than 24 months without earning or redeeming points by completing a purchase will lose their accrued point balance.
Does my tier status expire?
Your tier status is valid for at least 24 months. You have 24 months to maintain or upgrade your status.
Can I redeem all my points at once?
You can redeem your points for $10, $20, $30, or $40 discounts, depending on your tier status. Points can also be redeemed for products with a purchase.
I received a referral from my friend. Do I need to spend a minimum amount to redeem my $20?
To use your $20 referral discount, you need at least $100 worth of items in your cart. The referrer will then receive 2000 points.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
If a friend you refer cancels or returns their order, your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.
I no longer want to use my voucher. How do I get my points back?
To return your points from an unused voucher, email reward@wonderfold.com with your voucher code.
