Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing WonderFold Wagon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed/shipped within 3-5 business days.* Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays. Purchased replacement parts and Parts covered under our warranty are processed/shipped within 3-5 days (if stock is available); otherwise, replacement warranty parts can take up to 6 weeks to fulfill if the part/item is out of stock.

*Orders placed during Restock Events or Promotions/Sales can take up to 10 business days to be shipped from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to use any carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping over $75 to the entire contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses are responsible for shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we ship via carriers FedEx or USPS. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and that none of our shipping times are guaranteed. We thank you for your patience!

  • All orders with expedited shipment will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Express shipping is available on business days only.
  • Weekend orders with express shipping will be processed and shipped on the following business day, which is Monday.
  • For same-day processing, orders must be placed before 11 am PT. Please note that same day shipments are not guaranteed.

We strive to provide prompt and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. However, please understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances or external factors that could impact the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    WonderFold Wagon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Returns Policy

    Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. If you reroute a package back to us, mid shipment you will be subject to the appropriate return label fee.

    International Shipping

    We only ship internationally to Canada at this time. All shipping charges and Custom Duties/Taxes will be calculated during checkout. These charges are non-refundable. All international shipments to Canada will be sent via FedEx or USPS only. All other Shipping Policies apply. Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions regarding international shipping.


    Lost and Stolen Packages

    If your tracking number states your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, you must file the claim no later than 60 calendar days from the shipment date. We, as the shipper are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been marked as delivered.
