What is the weight capacity on the Pro Models?
The W2 Pro has a total weight capacity of 200 lbs, with each seat supporting up to 45 lbs. The W4 Pro has a total weight capacity of 300 lbs, with each bench supporting up to 99 lbs.
Do the wheels still swivel?
Absolutely! The front wheels on our Pro models are designed to swivel for easy maneuverability. If you prefer a more fixed position, they can also be locked into place for added stability.
How do you prevent the seat back from moving when forward facing?
To secure the seat back when it’s forward-facing, there’s a handy clip on the side of the seat. Simply clip it onto the frame, and you’re all set!
How do I install the canopy rods? I don’t see the holes in the wagon.
For safety reasons, the holes for the canopy rods are covered. You can easily push your canopy rods in the designated slots for extra simple installation.
Do the Pro models come with a 5-point magnetic harness?
Our Pro models are equipped with a 5-point non-magnetic safety harness, ensuring your little ones are securely fastened.
Are the wheels the same on the Pro models?
The wheels differ between models for optimal performance. The Elite Pro features 8” EVA foam front wheels and 10” EVA foam rear wheels. On the other hand, the Luxe Pro boasts 10” PU front wheels and 12” PU rear wheels.
How do you remove the front bar?
Removing the front bar is simple! Push the two tabs inward and lift the bar up to remove them. The front wall of the carriage fabric needs to be unzipped for complete removal. The upper frame bar can also be placed on the slots towards the bottom of the frame.
What is the Difference between Elite/Luxe vs Elite/Luxe Pro?
There are some exciting differences between the Luxe and Luxe Pro models!
Front Wheels: The Elite/Luxe features swivel-only front wheels, while the Elite Pro/ Luxe Pro have both swivel and lockable front wheels for enhanced stability.
Front & Rear Walls: The Elite/Luxe has fixed front and rear walls, whereas the Elite Pro/Luxe Pro offers detachable walls with added versatility and holes on both sides of the armrest covers.
Back Wheels: The Elite/Luxe models use a C-clamp for rear wheel removal. The Elite Pro/Luxe Pro includes suspension and a convenient button for quick-release rear wheels.
Seat Hooks: The Elite/Luxe have regular, non-reversible seat hooks. The Elite Pro/Luxe Pro introduces new reversible hooks, allowing for more flexible seating arrangements.
What accessories are compatible with the Pro model stroller wagons?
For Pro Model stroller wagons, our W4 Elite and Luxe accessories are compatible. However, please note that while the rain cover, winter cover, wind cover, and carriage fabrics are compatible with the Pro Model wagons, they will not provide access to the wagon openings.
How do I release the rear wheels from the brake bar?
Our new Pro models come with a quick-release button on the brake bar, making it easy to remove the rear wheels. Just press the button, and you’re good to go.

When will my Pre-Order Pro Series stroller wagon ship?
The W2+W4 Elite/Luxe Pro models are now available, while our W6 Luxe Pro will be ready to ship January 2025.
Will the Pro Series be on sale for Black Friday?
Regrettably, the Pro Series is not a part of our Black Friday Sales event.
Will I be charged immediately or when the product ships?
You will be charged immediately upon placing your pre-order.
Are there any payment plans or financing options for pre-orders?
Good news! We offer Shop Pay Installments for qualified customers at checkout if interested.
Will there be a discount for pre-ordering?
Unfortunately, there is no discount for pre-ordering at this time.
Are taxes and shipping fees included in the pre-order price?
We absolutely offer free shipping over $75 and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
What is the refund or cancellation policy for pre-orders?
While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on the order status. Please submit your request here.
Can I change my order details, such as color or model, after placing a pre-order?
Regrettably, we would not be able to modify an order once it is placed. If you need to edit your purchase, we will cancel and refund you so that you can place a new order.
What happens if there’s a delay with shipping?
We will absolutely contact you if any delays in shipping occur.
Will my pre-order include priority shipping?
At checkout, you will be given the option to upgrade your shipping at an additional cost, but it will not be included.
Is there a way to track the order status from once the order is placed to shipping?
Absolutely. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information so you’ll know when your new wheels are close by.

Does the Pro Series come with a warranty?
It sure does. The Pro Series comes with a one year warranty as with the rest of our models.
