Can I combine other discounts (coupon codes, discounts, etc.) with the WagonFest sale?
We appreciate your interest in maximizing your savings! However, discounts cannot be combined during our WagonFest sale.
If I bought a stroller wagon before WagonFest, can I get a refund of the price difference?
We understand wanting to get the best price. Unfortunately, we do not offer retroactive refunds for price differences.
What if a product sells out during the sale, will there be pre-orders or restocks?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but pre-orders will not be available if we sell out of stock. To secure your items, we recommend shopping early and taking advantage of our great offers!
Do I need a discount code to get the sale price?

Can I use my Special Needs discount during the sale?
Anything discounted is not combinable, however if you are purchasing something that day that is not discounted and would like to use your Special Needs discount, we are happy to help.
If I buy during WagonFest, can I return my purchase?
Anything purchased that was not listed as Final Sale is returnable per our 30 day Return Policy here: https://wonderfold.com/pages/returns
Is there a limit on how many items I can buy at the discount?
There’s no limit! Feel free to purchase as many items as you’d like at the discounted price. We want to ensure you get everything you need!
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We totally get it, sometimes plans change and we will do our best to try and fix it for you! If you placed a WagonFest order to ship to you and need to cancel or update your order, please submit your request here: Cancel Request or give us a call at 626-699-5639 on Monday, 3/2 before it ships. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Once your order is on its way, our standard return policy will apply.
Are returns free?
They can be! To have free returns, make sure to select the $4.98 Free Returns option at checkout. Please note that this option cannot be added to your order after it has been placed. Customers without free return coverage are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated during the return process.
How will shipping work during the WagonFest sale?
If you are local and placing your order online to swing by to pick up your wagon, please make sure to select the “Pickup” option at checkout; please note, all orders must be picked up by 3 pm on 2/28 if you select this option. If you can’t join us in person and placed your order online during WagonFest, all orders will ship according to our standard shipping policy.
