Terms & Conditions

 

This World of WonderFold Program Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WonderFold, Inc., a California-based corporation (“WonderFold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual participant (“Participant,” “you,” or “Member”), effective as of the date of enrollment into the World of WonderFold  Program (the “Program”).

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Program is a customer-exclusive initiative created and operated by WonderFold. The Program is intended to foster a community of WonderFold users, providing access to exclusive content, offers, experiences, and partner collaborations. 

2. Email and SMS Opt-In

As a condition of participation, Member agrees to opt-in to receive email and sms communications from WonderFold. These communications may include, but are not limited to, Program announcements, benefit updates, partner offers, marketing, promotions, and community content. Email and SMS consent is required to maintain active membership in the Program.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Program membership, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Participant must be a legal resident of the United States, and at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • The Participant must have purchased a WonderFold stroller wagon or utility wagon through WonderFold’s official website or an authorized retailer.

  • Proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility.

WonderFold reserves the right to validate eligibility and decline participation at its sole discretion.

4. Member Benefits

Subject to these terms, Members may receive access to:

  • Exclusive merchandise;

  • Invitations to exclusive events or experiences;

  • Partner offers and third-party discounts;

  • Exclusive content, surprise rewards, and community opportunities.

Benefits may vary and are subject to availability, change, or cancellation without notice. Some benefits may be contingent upon further verification or actions by the Member.

5. Modifications and Termination of the Program

WonderFold reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Modify or amend the Program structure, benefits, eligibility requirements, or terms at any time;

  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice to Members.

Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Membership Termination

WonderFold reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Participant’s membership immediately and without notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of this Agreement or other applicable policies;

  • Fraudulent activity, abuse of Program privileges, or falsified information;

  • Conduct deemed harmful, abusive, or inappropriate within the WonderFold community or at affiliated events.

Termination is at WonderFold’s sole discretion and is final.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

By enrolling in the Program, Member agrees to the collection, use, and processing of personal data by WonderFold for the purpose of administering the Program and providing associated communications and benefits.

Data collected may include, but is not limited to: name, email, purchase history, program activity, and event participation. This data is subject to WonderFold’s Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

8. Third-Party Partners

Certain Program benefits may be provided by third-party partners (e.g., FunEx). By utilizing these benefits, Member agrees to the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

WonderFold is not responsible for the content, offers, communications, or services provided by such partners.


9. Content Disclaimers

WonderFold may present third-party content, tutorials, expert advice, or user-generated media as part of the Program. Such content is for informational purposes only. WonderFold makes no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy or applicability, and shall not be held liable for actions taken based on such content.

11. General Provisions

  • Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Program.

12. No Transferability

Membership and associated benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for use by the registered individual. Accounts and access may not be sold, shared, or assigned to others.

13. Limitation of Liability

WonderFold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program, including but not limited to delays, lost opportunities, or denied access to benefits.

14. No Cash Value

Program benefits, experiences, and rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Geographic Limitations

Certain benefits, events, or experiences may only be available in select geographic regions and are subject to local laws and availability.

16. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration Clause 

Any disputes arising under this Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided under applicable law.

17. Feedback Rights

By submitting suggestions, testimonials, photos, or content related to the Program, you grant WonderFold a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, publish, and share such content in connection with marketing and promotional purposes.

BY ENROLLING IN THE WORLD OF WONDERFOLD PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Disclosure: WonderFold may receive a small commission or revenue share for ticket purchases made through links or offers available in the World of WonderFold loyalty program. This helps support the program and its continued benefits to members.
