Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the WonderFold Social Club! By accepting an invitation to join this exclusive ambassador program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both you and WonderFold, and ensure a fun, rewarding partnership.

1. Eligibility & Selection

• Participation in the WonderFold Social Club is by invitation only.
  
  

• Ambassadors must be 18 years of age or older and located in the United States (unless otherwise approved by WonderFold).
  
  

• WonderFold reserves the right to revoke or decline membership at any time.

2. Ambassador Expectations

As a WonderFold Social Club member, you’re more than just a digital ambassador—you’re a genuine voice within our community, someone who lives and shares the WonderFold experience every day. You agree to:

• Genuinely share your love for WonderFold—both online and offline. Whether you're at the park, chatting with other parents, or posting on social media, you're helping spread the word about how WonderFold makes life easier and more fun.
  
  

• Create and post authentic content (photos, videos, stories, or reviews) featuring WonderFold products, as discussed during onboarding.
  
  

• Tag @WonderFold and use designated brand hashtags when sharing on social platforms.
  
  

• Support the community by answering questions, sharing your experiences, and actively participating in conversations within Facebook groups and forums where WonderFold is mentioned.
  
  

• Comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing your relationship with WonderFold (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or #WonderFoldPartner).
  
  

• Maintain respectful, inclusive, and brand-aligned behavior across all public and online platforms.

3. Compensation & Perks

• Ambassadors may receive exclusive perks such as product gifts, early access to launches, event invitations, or monetary compensation—based on individual agreements.
  
  

• Any compensation or gifted items are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  
  

• Compensation or benefits may vary by ambassador and may be subject to change.

4. Content Rights

• By participating, you grant WonderFold a royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you create featuring WonderFold products for marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes.
  
  

• You retain ownership of your content, but WonderFold may edit, repost, or repurpose it with proper credit.

5. Brand Representation

• You agree to represent WonderFold in a positive and respectful manner.
  
  

• Any public statements or content that may be harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with WonderFold’s brand values (including hate speech, discrimination, or false claims) may result in immediate removal from the program.

6. Confidentiality

• As a member of the WonderFold Social Club, you may receive access to confidential product previews or company information. You agree not to share or leak any private details unless authorized in writing by WonderFold.

7. Term and Termination

• Participation in the WonderFold Social Club is a 6-month agreement from the date of acceptance, unless otherwise specified.
  
  

• Either party may terminate this relationship at any time, for any reason.
  
  

• Upon termination, ambassadors must discontinue promotion as a WonderFold partner and may no longer claim affiliation.

8. Legal

• This agreement does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
  
  

• WonderFold is not liable for any loss, damages, or legal claims related to ambassador content, behavior, or misuse of WonderFold products.
  
  

By participating in the WonderFold Social Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
