WONDERFOLD WAREHOUSE SALE REFUND PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by all decisions of WonderFold, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of WonderFold, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at the start of the WonderFold Warehouse Sale event and ends at the close of the Warehouse Sale event (February 28, 2026 8 AM PT - 3 PM PT).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

WonderFold’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

To enter the Promotion, individuals must sign up for WonderFold’s email and/or SMS marketing newsletter during the Promotion Period by scanning the designated QR code at the Warehouse Sale event or visiting the provided entry link and submitting the required information, including a valid email address and/or mobile phone number.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address and/or mobile number.

By signing up:

• Entrants agree to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from WonderFold.

• Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to make a purchase.

• Entrants may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email.

• Entrants may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

• Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Only entries submitted during the Promotion Period through the official QR code or link will be eligible.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• A refund of their eligible Warehouse Sale purchase amount, up to a maximum value of $1,000, OR

• If the winner did not make a qualifying purchase, a $1,000 WonderFold gift card.

The maximum prize value will not exceed $1,000.

Prize details:

• Refund will be issued to the original form of payment when possible.

• If refund to original payment method is not possible, a WonderFold gift card may be issued.

• Gift card subject to standard WonderFold gift card terms.

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified via email no later than March 6 using the email address provided at entry or associated with the qualifying purchase.

The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the Prize.

If:

• The winner does not respond within five (5) business days,

• The notification is returned as undeliverable,

• The winner is found ineligible,

An alternate winner may be selected at WonderFold’s sole discretion.

The winner is not required to be present at the Warehouse Sale to win.

7. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. If required by law, WonderFold may issue appropriate tax documentation.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

WonderFold reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

WonderFold may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WonderFold and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the Prize.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WONDERFOLD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute relating to this Promotion shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its rules.

Claims may be brought in small claims court if eligible.

All claims must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.

You waive the right to trial by jury.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within thirty (30) days to:

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
