To participate in our Special Needs Program, we require that a parent or legal guardian complete the application that includes a note from a licensed medical professional verifying eligibility. Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible.
To qualify, your child's medical care provider must determine that using our WonderFold Stroller Wagons will provide a tangible benefit to their well-being, such as emotional, physical, psychological, or social benefits. We do not make the determination of eligibility; rather, we rely on the medical professional's assessment. This program is only meant to be utilized for kids with special needs. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer adults with special needs into our program.
After you download the application form, have a licensed medical provider verify your family member's special needs. Afterwards, please submit it through our Request Form above with the same email address used for all related documents. We'll then send you a unique 25% off code to use at our website checkout once your application is approved. Note that all purchases will only be for the designated child and will require the use of the discount code at the time of purchase.
