Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to facilitate hassle-free returns within our 30-day return window. Please review the following guidelines for a smooth return process:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product.
- Open Box/Certified Refurbished products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return:
- To begin your return process, please click here.
- If you opted for $4.98 free returns at checkout, you are eligible for a pre-paid return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs will apply.
Return Shipping:
- Customers without free return coverage are responsible for return shipping costs which will be calculated during the return process.
- Refusal of package upon delivery or rerouting mid-shipment will incur return label fees.
Return Deadline:
- All returns must be shipped within 15 calendar days from receiving the return label.
Restocking Fees:
- Restocking fees are applied based on the condition of returned items:
- Wagons:
- 10%: Wheels show use or packaging missing
- 20%: Any part of the stroller wagon is dirty upon return
- 50%: Missing or damaged parts
- Accessories:
- 20%: Accessory shows use or packaging missing
- 50%: Missing or damaged parts
- Wagons:
Unacceptable Returns:
- Returns with intentional damage or not in compliance with our policy will not be refunded.
- Unauthorized returns incur a 50% fee per item deducted from the total refund.
- Miamily Carry On Luggage must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, we are unable to accept your return.
