Official Rules
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS / OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN TERMS THAT LIMIT OR MAY OTHERWISE AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AGAINST WONDERFOLD. MORE INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN THE SECTION ENTITLED “ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER.”
These are the official rules for this contest (“Contest”). The Contest is sponsored by WonderFold (“Promoter” or “WonderFold”). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms”), and all decisions of WonderFold relating to the Contest, which shall be final and binding on all entrants. These Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications or documents, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy of the Terms for your information. Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
Eligibility
This Contest is only open to individual legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Entry Period
The Entry Period begins upon survey distribution and ends on April 1, 2026 (“Entry Period”). WonderFold’s computer is the official clock for the Contest.
Entry Requirements
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
To enter the Contest, you must complete the WonderFold survey during the Entry Period. WonderFold is not liable for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, incompletely received, mutilated, or illegible for any reason.
Limits: There is a limit of one (1) entry per entrant for the entire Entry Period. Only individuals are eligible to submit an entry. Entries submitted by entities (including corporations, partnerships, or other groups) will not be accepted.
Winner Selection
The Promoter will randomly select one (1) winner (“Winner”) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The Winner will be selected and announced on April 2, 2026, and will be contacted via email.
WonderFold reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest in its sole discretion.
Prize
The prize for this Contest is a WonderFold stroller wagon (“Prize”), which shall be awarded to one (1) Winner.
No substitution of the Prize, including cash substitutions, will be permitted, except that WonderFold may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize is not available. The Prize is not transferable and is awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Any costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize are the Winner’s sole responsibility.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification / Claim
The Winner must respond to the Prize Notification email within one (1) business day to claim the Prize and confirm eligibility.
If the Winner does not respond within this time period, fails to confirm eligibility, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
The Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
Entry and acceptance of the Prize constitute permission for WonderFold to use the Winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. WonderFold may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.
General Conditions
WonderFold reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Contest or violates these Official Rules.
If the Contest is compromised in any way, WonderFold may suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless WonderFold and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the Prize.
WonderFold is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any damages resulting from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderFold’s liability is limited.
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Participants waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
