FAQs
Can I combine other discounts (coupon codes, discounts, etc.) with the Black Friday sale?
No. Black Friday pricing can’t be combined with other coupon codes or promotions. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.
What if a product sells out during the sale, will there be pre-orders or restocks?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but pre-orders will not be available if we sell out of stock. To secure your items, we recommend shopping early and taking advantage of our great offers.
Is this your biggest sale of the year?
Yes, our Black Friday sale is our largest event of the year!
Can I use my Special Needs or Hero discount during the sale?
Special Needs and Hero discounts are paused during our sale. To place an order with one of these discounts, contact our Customer Support team at hello@wonderfold.com and we’ll take care of you.
Will the Black Friday Sale be available on Amazon?
Our Black Friday sale on stroller wagons will be available on both our website and Amazon.
If I buy during Black Friday, can I return it after the holidays?
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’ve extended our return policy. You can return items purchased during the Black Friday event until January 8, 2027.
Is there a limit on how many items I can buy at the discount?
There’s no limit! Feel free to purchase as many items as you’d like at the discounted price.
Do you offer price matching on Black Friday items?
We’re committed to offering the best prices for Black Friday. If you have found our product at a better price, please click here to review our price match policy to see if it qualifies: https://wonderfold.com/pages/price-match-guarantee
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or update your order, please submit your request here: Cancel Request or feel free to give us a call at 626-699-5639 before it ships. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. Once your order is already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Are returns free?
They can be! To have free returns, make sure to select the $4.98 Free Returns option at checkout. Please note that this option cannot be added to your order after it has been placed. Customers without free return coverage are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated during the return process.
How will shipping work during the Black Friday period?
All orders will ship according to our standard shipping policy. Due to the holiday rush, a little extra patience may be needed, but we’re working hard to get your WonderFold goodies out as quickly as possible!
What if I have a question or run into an issue during the sale?
We’re here for you! Our friendly customer support team is just a message away. Reach us at hello@wonderfold.com or call (888) 681-1526. We’ll be happy to help.
